We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.

We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website so that we can reply to your enquiry.

When you contact us by email, we store your information in Gmail which is our email software. If you contact us via our website, your enquiry and any details are stored in both our Wix website software and Gmail our email software. If we do business, we store your information in our accounts software.

What we use your information for

We will use your information to contact you to discuss any current projects that we are working on for you or to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.

Who has access to information about you

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. The proprietor, Jo Clapham, manages all information and shares with Ab Fab team members only when strictly necessary. All Ab Fab team members abide by this privacy notice.

Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it. We ensure that any third -party services we use such as Wix or Gmail are reputable services with strong privacy policies that comply with GDPR.

The computers and smart phones we use are all protected by a passcode or fingerprint access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they are started or after 5 minutes of inactivity.
